Dr. Robert Ault is a business strategy and patient experience thought leader with a D.C. from Palmer College of Chiropractic and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.  He is the founder and CEO of ThinkDC, a healthcare consulting firm specializing in brand strategy, patient experience, and wealth creation.  Dr. Ault is a sought-after speaker with experience and expertise in domestic and international markets.

One notable international business highlight for Dr. Ault was his expertise in helping a Baltic company lessen its economic dependence on Russia. He led an international consultancy engagement in Tallinn, Estonia in 2016, creating revenue and supply chain solutions for the Port of Tallinn. The Port of Tallinn participated in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in June of 2018 on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange for €147.4 million ($164.45 million).

Prior to business consulting, Dr. Robert Ault co-founded and continues to operate, Ault Chiropractic, LLC.  Ault Chiropractic practices have been caring for the communities of Hudson, Ohio since 2007 and Brimfield, Ohio since 2012.  He co-founded and continues to operate Ohio Animal Chiropractic since 2011.  Dr. Ault also continues to be a leader in the chiropractic profession, currently serving on the Board of Governors for the American Chiropractic Association and is the Immediate Past President of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association.

In 2023, Dr. Robert Ault was inducted as a Palmer Academy of Chiropractic Fellow for extraordinary leadership, recruitment, philanthropy, and service to Palmer College of Chiropractic.
